Claim Core reads the warehouse you already run.

When a claim is raised, Claim Core goes and gets the operational record and puts it on the claim. Nobody raises a ticket with the warehouse, and nobody waits until Tuesday. What arrives depends on what the system can give, and the claim says which is which.

Beta means built and tested against that system's published API and not yet running for a customer in production, so we connect the first customers on each one ourselves. The badge comes off as soon as a customer is live, not when it suits us.

Not using any of these? Claim Core works without a warehouse connection: claims, clocks, decisions and the audit trail all run. You enter the order reference yourself instead of it arriving attached.

Different systems, one claim page.

Six warehouse systems do not expose the same things. A claim page that goes blank where a field is missing teaches your team to distrust all of it, so Claim Core names the reason instead.

What the claim gets

  • The despatch record: when the order left, the warehouse order it left under, and its status.
  • Courier and tracking, with the delivery status the warehouse system reports.
  • Who handled it: the picker, the packer and the dispatcher, where the system records them.
  • Serial and lot numbers where units are tracked, so a claim is about one specific item.
  • Pack-station video, on Helm. Helm only. The warehouse's own links expire, so Claim Core copies the clip into its own storage the first time anyone watches it and keeps it for 90 days after the decision.

And what it says when it cannot
