When a brand submits a claim against that order, Claim Core matches it and requests the full operational record from your WMS.

How to connect your WMS

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Claim Core account

Available to organisation admins.

Select your WMS and enter your API credentials

Credentials are stored encrypted. You can test the connection immediately.

Add the webhook URL to your WMS dispatch notifications

Claim Core will start receiving order references automatically.
