Common questions
What counts as a claim?
A claim is any dispute raised by a brand against an order: missing items, damaged goods, non-delivery, or wrong items. Each submission counts as one claim.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
What happens if I exceed my claim limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade at any time to avoid disruption.
Do brands pay separately?
No. Claim Core is priced for the 3PL. Your brand customers access the portal at no extra cost.
Can shoppers raise claims themselves?
Yes, on Business and Enterprise plans. Each brand gets its own branded consumer claims page where shoppers find their order and raise a claim with no account needed. It feeds straight into the same claim workflow, and the brand can email the outcome back to the shopper.
Which WMS integrations are available?
Helm WMS is available now. Linnworks, Mintsoft, and others are coming soon. Enterprise customers can discuss custom integrations.
Is there a free trial?
The Starter plan is permanently free. No trial period or credit card required. Paid plans have a 14-day free trial.
