Brand Portal
The brand portal gives your clients a clean, professional interface to raise and track claims without email.
What brands see
Brand users see only their own brand's claims. They cannot see other brands' data, internal notes, or any 3PL-side information. Their portal includes:
- • A dashboard showing open, resolved, and total claim counts
- • A claim list with filtering by status and date
- • Full claim detail view with status history and comments
- • New claim submission flow
Inviting brand users
Organisation Admins invite brand users from Settings → Brands → [Brand name] → Invite user. An invitation email is sent with a unique signup link. Brand users:
- • Are scoped to a single brand
- • Cannot access the 3PL operations portal
- • Can add and view comments on their claims
Branding
The portal uses Claim Core's interface. Each brand has its own named space within the platform, so clients see their brand name in the portal header.
