Full integration with both Helm versions. Installed as a marketplace app - once connected, Claim Core can:
- •Live-search orders by reference, customer name, postcode, or tracking on the claim form
- •Auto-fill claim line items (SKU, description, qty, unit value) from the order's contents
- •Surface customer info, shipping address, tracking, and pack-station video on the claim detail page
- •Show prior claims for the same order and customer claim history
- •Ingest dispatch events via webhook for instant SLA timer start

- 1Go to Settings → Integrations (Organisation Admin only)
- 2Select your WMS provider and enter your API credentials
- 3Copy the webhook URL shown and add it to your WMS dispatch notification settings
- 4Test the connection - Claim Core will confirm it can reach your WMS
