Welcome to Claim Core
Claim Core is a claims management platform for third-party logistics (3PL) operators and the brands they ship for. It gives both sides one structured, evidence-backed record for receiving, investigating and resolving claims, and lets shoppers raise claims themselves on a brand's own page.
What Claim Core does
Most claims live in email threads and spreadsheets. Claim Core replaces that with one purpose-built record where:
- • Brands raise claims through their own portal, and shoppers raise them on the brand's own claims page
- • Whoever decides, the 3PL or the brand, does so with WMS-backed evidence surfaced automatically
- • Decisions record what was granted, with a full audit trail
- • Brands are notified at every stage, and shoppers are emailed the outcome automatically

A portal in the brand's name where brand users raise claims, upload evidence and track progress, and, when the 3PL routes shopper claims to them first, decide them or pass them on. Shoppers raise claims on the brand's own claims page.

- 1 Sign up as a 3PL, or as a brand that runs its own warehouse
- 2 Add your brands (a brand account gets its own brand record automatically) and invite your team
- 3 Connect your WMS via Settings → Integrations
- 4 Invite your brand users, then switch on each brand's shopper claims page and share the link
