How SLA tracking works
When a brand submits a claim, the SLA clock starts. Each claim shows how many days remain until the target resolution date. Claims approaching or past their deadline are highlighted so your team can prioritise.

Configuring SLA targets
SLA targets are configured per-brand in Settings → Brands → [Brand name] → SLA Settings. You can set different targets for different brands based on your contractual obligations.
SLA and closed claims
Once a claim is accepted or rejected, the SLA clock stops. Reporting shows average resolution time across claims to help you identify patterns.
