Reporting & Exports

Built-in reports and CSV exports give you visibility into claim volumes, financial impact, and team performance.

Available reports

Claims Overview

Total claim counts, breakdown by status and claim type, and average resolution time.

Financial Summary

Total claimed value, accepted value, rejected value, and acceptance rate as a percentage.

Courier Performance

Claims grouped by carrier with acceptance rates - identifies problem carriers.

Brand Report

Claims per brand with counts, acceptance rates, and total claimed value.

Filtering reports

All reports support filtering by:

  • Date range (from / to)
  • Brand
  • Status
  • Claim type

CSV exports

Each report can be downloaded as a CSV. The raw claims export contains one row per claim with reference, brand, status, submitted date, claim types, total lines, total value, and created by.

Exports are capped at 10,000 rows. Apply filters to narrow the export if you have a large volume of claims.

Scheduled reports

Organisation Admins can set up scheduled reports that deliver a CSV by email on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Configure these in Reports → Scheduled Reports.
